We accept returns of eligible products within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, products must:

  1. Be returned within 30 days of delivery

  2. Be in like-new condition

  3. Include all original components and packaging

  4. Be free from damage, excessive wear, or signs of misuse

Products may be opened for inspection and evaluation but must be returned in like-new condition to qualify for a refund.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  1. Replacement sponges

  2. Spristle Dishwand Sets

  3. Other consumable replacement components

  4. Final sale or clearance items, if designated at the time of purchase

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to be processed. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of a Winnie & Lu error or a product defect.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for discretionary returns, including purchases that are no longer wanted or needed.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Winnie & Lu will provide instructions for returning the item at no additional cost.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

To expedite the review process, please include:

  1. Your order number

  2. A description of the issue

  3. Photos of the product and packaging, if applicable
